Gas Log Inspection
A detailed inspection of the fireplace and operating components, including the burner, burner orifices, pilot tube, thermocouple, thermopile, gas valve, control modules, wall switches and remote controls to identify wear, damage or operating issues.
Gas Log Service
Includes the complete inspection along with cleaning dust, soot and debris from the firebox, components, direct-vent glass and accessible venting. Batteries and consumable materials, such as glowing embers, are replaced as needed.
If inspection or troubleshooting identifies a failed component—such as a pilot assembly, control module or gas valve—replacement parts and the labor required to install them may involve additional charges.
